- (2021-07-29) Bob Allan: Yep, in July 2021, it does NOT work! I should have regarded the other recent reviews. After you pay for the $9/ month subscription, you get a curation suite "code", a bunch of marketing emails, but they do not email you any credentials to login to the support area. This is important becasue you need to login to get the API Key for the "listening engine" which is what makes the curation possible. Also password reset for the members portal/login looks to send an email to the registered email, but it's never actually sent or received (not in spam either). I tried emailing support, I was able to create a support ticket through their zendesk account, and left a phone call. Got ZERO response after 4-5 days. I've asked for a cancellation of the trial subscription and opened a Paypal dispute. This seems to be DEAD. The last update for the Chrome extension is 2018, which is another clue.

- (2020-12-22) Chuck Fasst: I don't know what is going on with this but it has been worthless from day one. The API Key provided has not worked from the beginning. I have made three service inquiries that go un-answered. This has been nothing but a big loss of time and money to my site. It appears this "Scott" has gone down a dark road with this exit scam. He appears to have allowed his site to go to hell and gave up ... except he continues to accept money as well as continuing to bill annually, it sounds like. This appears to be a criminal enterprise that is legally allowed to continue. The fact that behavior such as this has become acceptable throughout society is truly a dark spot on humanity!
- (2018-12-23) Charlie Stephen: I really like Curation Suite, but the chrome extension sucks. It asks for your Listening Engine activation key, but I only use Curation Suite, so it totally useless for me. I can only use Firefox browser to fill my link buckets with articles I want to curate. It amazes me that the people at Curation Suite have ignored this fact and have not fixed their chrome extension so Curation Suite users can actually use it ... pathetic
- (2018-08-11) Patrick Nelson: DO NOT BUY THIS The plugin behind this extension does not work properly. The company ignores support tickets and, in doing so, has also ignored and therefore refused my request for a full refund. I will be suing.
- (2017-12-20) Angela Crane: I bought this plugin to save time and it wasted my time. The most basic of all instructions was not available in the training videos. Email assistance was equally bad. I am awaiting a refund. My Curator is another plugin that does the same and is more expensive but definitely easier to use and actually saves rather than waste time.
- (2017-11-15) Jim Wheels: Great extension for curating content across all of your sites. It requires a paid plugin, but it's as good as you can get. I use it across many of my sites daily.

Dear Scott Scannon... When you make a product and try to sell it online, you gotta take responsibility for the support too which, in this case, is totally deplorable. You've billed me $147 - like last year - for something that I have cancelled multiple times and still you keep the credit card details on file and forget to turn off the spigot. What gives? STOP doing this to your all the EX customers (I assume there aren't any present customers anyway).
