Mechanical Turk Requester On-Demand Iframes

Mechanical Turk's Requester > Manage HITs interface (https://requester.mturk.com/mturk/manageHITs) loads each HIT's iframe by default. This can get pretty slow and annoying.

With this extension, improve performance and reduce headaches by loading iframes only when you want them.
