Description from store In JD Edwards ERP users can run reports to produce data. Data selection filters the data in order to produce a subset of records that is processed by the report. Users can add data selection criteria while running reports. The process to add data selection involves clicking on "List of Values" tab followed by clicking on Add button and entering value, one at a time. This process becomes exhaustive when a bunch of values are required to be added to data selection. This Data Selection import tool extension helps users to directly copy paste list of values in a text box and click submit. Extension then perform the process of clicking add button, entering value in text field and clicking add for each line. Thus it saves plenty of time and efforts for end user and improves their productivity.

  • (2018-12-10, v:1.0) Sarah Mills: No longer works in Chrome version 71
Hi Nimish, This extension is probably my favorite Chrome extension EVER, as a JDE consultant. I refer my customers to this tool constantly. Sadly, it no longer works after upgrading to Chrome v 71. Specifically, clicking the Add button does nothing now (after pasting your ds list into the tool window). I'm sure others have reported this as well, and I am also sure you are busy. Just wanted you to know you have a cult following that is lost without this tool :) Thank you, Sarah

  • (2018-12-09, v:1.0) Dalia Elnassery: JDE data import tool no longer working on latest version of Chrome
Hello Since we have started upgrading to version V71.xxx of Chrome, the tool no longer seems to work correctly. We have repeated this on a number of computers. The tool opens, and you enter data into the open window as per normal, but when you click "add" it simply doesn't inject the data into JDE - just ignores it. It's like Chrome might be blocking it? Maybe a new security update? Any help would be greatly appreciated! Thank you.

  • (2018-12-06, v:1.0) Still Supported
Myself and many of my coworkers use this add-in on a daily basis. Saves us countless hours of copying part numbers into E1 to make changes to. Some people are starting to have issues with the add-in. Is this application still supported by Google. My company would pay good money to retain our access to this application.
  • (2018-09-19, v:1.0) Jacob Anawalt: iObj.JDE goes undefined, Chromium, App 9.2, Tools 9.2.2.3
Hi, I'm very interested in trying out this extension. I loaded it up in Chromium and tried adding multiple MCU values to a List of Values for MCU on our test site and I get an error: E1Menu.maf?bgColor=LemonChiffon&RENDER_MAFLET=E1Menu&jdeowpBackButtonProtect=PROTECTED:formatted:2 Uncaught TypeError: Cannot read property 'action' of undefined at HTMLInputElement.onclick (E1Menu.maf?bgColor=LemonChiffon&RENDER_MAFLET=E1Menu&jdeowpBackButtonProtect=PROTECTED:formatted:2) the iObj is the document and before activating the Data Selection Import Tool if I execute the same lines of code in the browser, it finds the JDE form element with an action value. iObj = window.frames['e1menuAppIframe'].contentWindow.document; > #document iObj.JDE > <form name="JDE" method="post" action="/jde/E1Client.mafService?... Any suggestions for troubleshooting this? JDE App 9.2 Tools 9.2.2.3 Chromium 71.0.3556.0 (Developer Build) (64-bit)
