I would always think "if only i could make it play faster", but It never crossed my mind to think it was possible. Until i googled it and I came across this extension.   The extension is not working again.

  An issue appears when you set playback faster then 2x, the audio will start to "pulse". What I mean by pulse is if you look as the seconds counter on 2x and below you will see that time goes by faster but it goes by at a consistent rate. But if you listen carefully or watch the time go by say at 2.5x (time greater then 2x) you will see that time goes by faster but it is not consistent. It will speedup and slowdown, then speedup and slow down multiple times in a second. As strange as this sounds, it is noticeable faster speeds, and when watching at faster speeds this pulsing keeps audio from being easier to understand at super high speeds. If that can be looked into it would be appreciated

  Was working fine a few days back. Logged in today and the higher speeds above 2x are no longer there. I tested this on a completed new installation of chrome as well to see if I had an issue on my pc. The same problem happened no higher speeds. Please fix it I love this extension!
