Easily access your recent bookmarks or search for them
Shows recent bookmarks and opens it either in new tab or in actual tab depending on the chosen options (use CTRL to override this). You can use default shortcut Ctrl+B to open popup menu Unfortunately shortcut works only for new installation due to bug https://code.google.com/p/chromium/issues/detail?id=336420 For old user update shortcut manually via "Keyboard shortcuts" in chrome://extensions/ page
- (2018-09-23) This is not the original Recent Bookmarks extension. It provides very limited information and you cannot view more than 50 bookmarks. Look for the extension by Zamtools - it goes up to 1000 bookmarks and gives full descriptions of them.

Would be nice to be able to hide bookmarks from your list but not remove them from Chrome

Hi: Thanks for this extension -- it nicely restores much of what Google took away when it silently killed Chrome's Recent Bookmarks page. Would it be possible for the whole list of displayed bookmarks to scroll when the user holds down their keyboard's down (or up) arrow key? I've set the extension to display 60 bookmarks. So only about 40 actually appear at once, and the extension shows a scroll bar to display the rest. If I hold down the down-arrow key, the focus moves below the visible portion of the list. The focus eventually cycles through the hidden bookmarks, and back through the top of the list. But the scroll bar never moves. This seems counterintuitive. If the selection focus is moving, I'd expect the displayed part of the list to scroll to follow it. I'd also expect the same behavior in the opposite direction (up-arrow key). Thanks much for considering this enhancement.
