An extension just for making scrollbars of chrome simple and black. It's better to combine this with chrome theme "Simple Black" and if possible, please try it, too.

- (2019-03-20) Corrupt Tempest: Odd... I'm using the matching "Simple Black" theme for chrome, and that works just fine. However, this scroll bar addition just makes my scrollbar slightly fatter and does not change it's color to black. It appears to be dysfunctional for me. I can't imagine why.
