New Tab opens with a blank black page
Make your New Tab a simple Blank Black Page :)
If you like a New Tab to open quickly and contain nothing this is the Extension for you. Get rid of the default Chrome New Tab and it's slow-loading privacy-pooping "Recently Opened Websites" icons.
Why did I write this Extension? Because I don't like the default Chrome New Tab, and most importantly I want my New Tabs to simply be a blank black page. So here it is!

It even makes it so that when you hide the bookmarks bar, it remains hidden even on new tabs! I really hated when the bookmarks bar was shown on a new tab even when I set it to be hidden.
