Facilitate command-line and scripted access to chrome's extension API.
Chromi (together with its companion Chromix) facilitates command-line and scripted access to Chrome's extension API from outside of Chrome itself. For example, Chromi and Chromix allow creation, reloading, focusing and removing of tabs, as well as access to Chrome's bookmarks -- all from outside of Chrome itself. Such operations might, for example, be bound to window-manager or text-editor key strokes.
Chromi does very little on its own: You also need to install Chromix (https://github.com/smblott-github/chromix).
