This will help ServiceNow users to open ServiceNow entities with a single click. Once you install this, please add your ServiceNow instance URL to this by opening its options. It is now ready to use. You can open it and give the number for Incident, Change, Problem and it will open it for your. If it is not matching any Service Now item prefix format, it will open a string search page.
If you have cleared the Chrome data, you may need to give the ServiceNow url again in the options page. For more productive, please set a quick keyboard shortcut from Chrome extensions page.
