Purple Cloud Click-to-Call helps you make phone calls with a single click in three popular customer relationship management (CRM) web applications: Xtime, ELEAD and DealerSocket. Just find the customer that you want to call and click their phone number. This extension automatically determines the correct Purple Cloud user based on which user is signed into the web application and calls you at the phone number specified in your Purple Cloud user settings. After answering the phone call, the extension initiates a phone call to the phone number that you clicked.
Steps:
1) Install this extension
2) Sign into DealerSocket or ELEAD or Xtime web applications
3) Click a phone number of the customer you want to call
4) Answer your phone
5) Phone number you clicked is automatically dialed for you
6) You will hear ringing
7) Customer answers the call
Success! You are now on an outbound phone call to the customer you found in your DealerSocket or ELEAD or Xtime. This phone call is tracked by Purple Cloud and will show up in the reporting system so your boss knows that you are working hard and to give you credit and commission on the sale to the customer you just called.

- (2021-12-13) brandon cox: Highlights phone numbers even in VERY inconvenient places, such as search boxes so you end up calling customers or numbers unintentionally very often when copy+pasting, and customers filling out documents on the site endup calling themselves constantly. It's very, very annoying. Needs to be a way to chose where the numbers are highlighted, or just don't highlight in editable text boxes!
