Better three column layout for Coursera video lectures. Transcript appears on the right, and downloads are shifted to the left.
NOTICE 01/03/2020 - This plugin does not work with the new layout on coursera.org. If you want to raise a PR to fix it please do so on GitHub.

- (2017-02-15) Viola Behringer: This is great, so much better than having the text under the video!
- (2017-01-11) Matthew Hayward: I liked it. But then again, I'm biased! I'll do some more tidy up on this when I get time, but in its current state it's more than usable.
