Description from store Update 2.4: Internationalisation - All languages should now be supported. One of my friends raised a feature request with Zendesk to get this as a first class feature: https://support.zendesk.com/hc/en-us/community/posts/360049132674-Feature-request-individual-submit-buttons-instead-of-drop-down Get on over there and support it so you won't have to live without the expander for a bit next time their UI changes and it breaks. Do you hate having to make that one extra click to close a ticket? Are you worried your mouse clicks will wear out? No More! Now the 'submit as' menu is turned into a button group, making all options available all the time with a single click! Easy As!

When you open a ticket, the buttons don't show up, only the option of close or stay on ticket is there. Once you either refresh the screen or close the tab and re-open the ticket will those submit option reappear. Once this is fixed, I will give it the last star that it deserves. Disabling allows the regular ZD submit options to reappear, but the buttons don't show up anymore. Hopefully something that can be fixed soon!
  • (2019-08-15) RevTrak Clients IL, IN, MN, WI: Randomly stopped appearing. The window reverted to the "stock" setup but now I can't click the menus. They pop up for a split second before disappearing. This issue resolves as soon as I remove this extension.

    Hy, It is a great extension that improves massively the workflow. Sadly it seems broken since the last update Zendesk Update. I have the 2.4.0.0 version of the extension, I’m using it in conjunction with the Zendesk QuickTab extension and it seems that it is active only on the last tab opened.

    Lately, I need refresh my web browser in order for the Zendesk submit tools to show when the plugin is active. This issue just started, so not sure it Zendesk changed something or what.     Hi! Lately using this extension, I wind up having to refresh to get the options to show at all. When I go into a new ticket, instead of seeing the default dropdown from ZenDesk, this extension used to show the options out of a drop down which was amazing. But now, almost every time I open a ticket, in the lower right, they are gone entirely, and I see this, https://share.getcloudapp.com/Z4u19jyB, and have to refresh the browser entirely. Hope this is a simple thing to solve as this extension has been amazing, but for now I've had to turn it off. Thanks!

    We've all been using the Zendesk Submit Expander in Zendesk through Chrome for months and love it! Suddenly, on Monday August 3, it stopped working in Zendesk. It's been replaced by the standard dropdown menu. Any reason why this might be? Are there any steps we can take to refresh the extension so it works again? Thanks.

    When extension is enabled several things are happening. 1-No submit, open, pending or on hold buttons 2-Any drop down on the ticket can not be opened, its like it opens and closes instantaneously, so cant assign a ticket, cant change priority, cant select type and so on.

    While this extension is enabled our submit button disappeared, we could no longer access our macros, and the print button is disabled as well. Once I disabled this extension it all works again. We love this extension so hopefully it will be back up and running soon!
