One day I thought, "Gosh, I sure am tired of glancing at annoying headlines in this 'trending' section on facebook. Wouldn't it be great if I were able to hide that section altogether?"
And so I set out to build a Chrome extension, mostly as a fun project, to accomplish this goal.
I took it one step further and replaced the section with a picture of a red panda (1 out of 5 possible photos chosen at random upon each full page reload).
Why red pandas?
Red pandas are dope.

> At launch, clicking the browser-action icon takes users to the Extensions settings page in Chrome. In a future update, I plan on implementing a toggle action inside the popup itself, without having to go all the way to the extension settings page.
