A quick way to tell if a page was fetched from local browser cache or Akamai. If Akamai, then whether it's a Hit or Miss.

Description from store

Indicators:

- Green "Local": Page was fetched from browser cache.
- Green "Hit": Page was fetched from Akamai (cache hit).
- Yellow "Miss": Page is cacheable on Akamai but was fetch from origin (cache miss).
- Red "N/C": Page is set with No-Cache on Akamai, thus fetched from origin.
- Gray "N/A": Not using Akamai as CDN.
