I have messaged multiple times but haven't got a solution for the developing team. The problem of Number entered in the Google sheet being not recognised still remains. The Azerics software shows an error " Error calling phone number: 1590149947 with error: Invalid azerics2click settings. Please update.". Greetings Developer, We are a German start up and we have downloaded the Azerics Click to Dial feature on our PC so as to enable an easy way to reach our customers through one click from Google Sheets. The expected situation was to get a ring from our Grandstream GXP1625 phone toour customer. But it wasnt connecting as the German standard number which starts like +49 1517 xxxxxx3 wasnt being accepted by the Azerics Feature (The video provided in the extension ad showed Amercian number in the sheets). We have paid the subscription charges and are in dire need of this feature for our growing business.We humbly ask you to look on the above problem and suggest a solution as soon as posible.
