Klim Reader lets you read in peace by stripping the junk from the page. You can choose Klim fonts, change the background and set the font size as you wish. This is reading as it should be.

I'd welcome if the there were a few more fine-grained steps for font-size up and down (including larger than currently possible). Ideally there would be a way to adjust the line width too, runs a bit too wide for my taste.
