- (2019-01-23) Kate B.: The GenM app is installed on my Chrome browser and sitting in my shortcuts bar, but other than taking up space, it's not currently providing me access or any helpful data at all. Clicking on the extension just wastes time and effort. I look forward to when the background team can fix the bugs and determine the most effective use of this extension and how to implement it as soon as possible!
