If you're a teach spending time grading and working in Canvas, you know how much time it can take! Canvas Betterizer is meant to make your time spent in Canvas by Instructure more efficient by adding small quality-of-life improvements, especially in SpeedGrader:
-Automatically focuses and selects the student grade
-Hit enter to submit grade and move on to the next student
-Save comments that you type often and pull them from a dropdown box to make grading even faster!
-Hit enter when typing a comment to submit it
Outside of Speedgrader:
-Remove those pesky tooltips that show up in the gradebook and cover up assignment scores
-Smallify your messages to make your inbox more accessible

- For some reason several of the speedgrader features of this extension don't work anymore. When I enter the grade for the student and press enter now, it won't automatically go to the next student to grade. So now I am super sad this extension does not work.

- This extension used to work. I've tried downloading it on three different computers, and it doesn't work on any of them anymore. It's a great concept and I appreciated having it when it worked properly. Hopefully the developer can get it working again soon!

- So, it's a good concept but there is little in the way of details on just how to best use the features. Usually this stuff is common sense, but in this case I'm not so sure. For example, how do leave my canned comments on the document itself? Putting everything in the comment section is a joke. Also, what the hell does "Enable Autofocus Gradebox" mean?

- Definitely betterizes Canvas! Grading is so much more effective and efficient.
