A plugin that enhances Myfitnesspal.com website.

- Due some breaking changes I have removed the adding food feature.
- Removed the underarmor bar.
- Fix Remove all foods on diary page.

1) Improved food search.
a) You will now be able to visualise all your foods in a single page.
b) Querying and adding foods is now simpler and faster.
2) Improved navigation and overall layout
a) Removed unnecessary space.
b) All navigations sub links are visible from all parts of the website.
3) Diary Page.
a) Visualisation of your daily total macro nutrients intake in a pie chart.
b) Improved way of adding quick calories.
4) Home screen improvements.
a) Infinite scrolling of friends notifications.

The features all sound very convenient, but not all of them are working, some are bugged and destroying the the layout of the website - (2017-06-26, v:0.0.3) Permissions Issue
"Read and change all your data on the websites you visit." Why do you need this permission when the only website the extension is changing is "www.myfitnesspal.com" ?
