getty forum fixes

Reformat the Getty contributor forums a wee bit, more in line with the old iStock forums.

- tweaks for the new layout so that the Contributor Forums don't start closed.

- iStock balance is no longer available, so stop trying to display it.

- show iStock balance *if* you're currently logged in to iStock and you've not disabled the display of your balance.

- link to the iStock site.

- hide user details and make the avatar smaller.

- make stickies and announcements more obvious.

- change the "Like" button to "Say Thanks";
- spell 'arial' properly so that it gets picked up as a fall-back font.
