Filter+ allows you to filter post images in your Google+ stream based on a set of configured words or phrases.
Every time a banned phrase appears in a post, if it contains an image, that image is blurred and you can choose to deblur it if you feel like it.
It's a nice way of keeping NSFW images from showing in your stream.
