Epic River extension to add Complete Issue and Create Sub-Task Set buttons to Jira OnDemand interface

The Jira Chrome Extension adds two function buttons to any Jira instance (installed or OnDemand).
"Complete Issue" button will close both the parent issue and its subtasks.
"Create Sub-task Set" button will create a set of predefined sub tasks under the current parent issue. The sub tasks type, title, and original estimate can be specified in the XML configuration file.
