• (2023-09-27) Andrei Haret: Such a disappointment, from all perspectives. 1. First of all, it doesn't generate value, you'll just get some engagement from other Lempod users, your posts will not get more organic reach or engagement. So it's all artificial and useless. 2. The team lacks transparency and customer orientation. It almost feels like a SCAM. They offer 24h free trial, which wasn't mentioned anywhere. They say they charge $9 for a pod, but they charged me $20 upfront, even when I was using the free trial. 3. After using the product for 2 weeks, and asked for a refund. I used just one pod. And a support agent, when asked why they charged me $20, told be it's 100% refundable. Now, after requesting the refund, they are refusing to do it "because you used the product". Total rip-off. 4. According to their invoice, they have to bill $3.72 out of $20. Instead, they closed the support chat for me, I can't contact them anymore, and they don't want to refund the rest of the money.
• (2023-09-24) D Desmedt: Been using it for a few months and mostly happy with it unfortunately from time to time It doesn't work. For example I havent been able to use it the whole week. I keep getting a message "I don't know you" please check that you asre logged on LinkedIn. I removed the extension and installed back but no luck. I am losing all the good work I had build up with lempod. Also at times, the comments don't get posted, or only 8 or 9 of the 10 I put in get posted. It's only good when it works and that's not good enough, reliability is a must when posting everyday on LinkedIn.

Engagement from the pod over time will only kill your natural engagement (track your data and figure it out for yourself); 2. Most of the comments are very generic and you will constantly find your profile commenting some weird stuff to the same people over and over again (unless you join likes only pods); 3. Last part was the most frustrating. After deleting the extension I found that my profile still comments on posts. I tried to reach out to support twice, got 0 answers and now my support window won't even load. The post in FB group was immediately deleted.
