• (2023-06-24) hack me “hackersgetlife” if you can: I am having an issue in Chrome on most sites, but not all sites all the time. I have used this extension for years with no issues until recently (. I don't understand why it wont even work in the extension store or other google based pages now. I am really not sure what has changed so prevent what was an awesome tool from continuing to stay awesome, but I am forced to have to try another developer's extension to see if it is a problem with the general functionality within Chrome settings or if it can be isolated to an issue with just Link Control. Please let me know if you have changed code that is where the issue is based. Thank you.

Wish I had found this sooner. Thank you for making this!!! Now visited links are a totally different color, like they always were until recently. I thought that was a basic requirement for browsing and can't believe I had to add something so fundamental to the browser.

Sometimes websites use white text links with background (like a button) and that background can be the same as my selected color. Example of trouble: Original: red button with white text; With extension: red button with red text

I wish that when a color is in the list of colors that clicking on it would give you the hex value. Also note, that you can only add a hex color, so why is the # required to be in front of the hex color? (You get invalid hex if you don't put the # in front.) Like if the road bends to the left or right, ahead, they don't put up a sign that tells you that it's bending. (Unless it's a sharp dangerous curve on an unlit road.)

  Hi there, Since you have made this extension I think that making something else that is DESPERATELY needed. I have searched the chrome web store and find nothing like it. We need an extension that changes UNVISITED link's color. Or since your extension is called "Link Control", you could build it into this extension as well so you can set colors for visited AND unvisited links. If you wanna make it the best possible way - make it configurable per-website. Like the chrome extension Dark Reader which can be enabled or disabled for specific sites. Since you have made this extension, it should be simple for you to add the functionality I am asking about. A little extra work to make it work per-website. Please!?

  Dear Developer, thank you for this wonderful extension. I started to use it on two computers, with the same google account, I synchronize the history. I see the visited links in history with all computers, but only that links get colorized what I visit on the actual computer. Can I do something about it? Getting all the links be colorized, no matter what computer was putting it into the history? Thank you for answering and for this very useful extension.

  As stated images were not loading in email. Found out caused by LINK CONTROL but controlled by clicking off and on the toggle switch in the Extensions drop down. I turn off "unpin", reload the page, then toggle the "unpin" again. Every time you load Chrome from scratch, this has to be done.

  How to use Link Control in Google searches but not in Google mail? Have tried "mail.google.com" with and without html added. Currently the Menu item of boxes change color and when changed very difficult to read in my Google theme. Same goes with Paypal. It seems the blacklisted does not work.   Hi There. I've been using this application to sort through candidates for jobs I am working on. I work as a recruiter. Currently, when I want the color's to "reset," I have to clear my browser history, or the same "clicked on" candidates still come up in the color change in different searches. Is there a setting that will reset the color link to "not clicked" as opposed to having to clear history? Appreciate your help.
