• (2023-10-19) Luke Hanson: The program itself is great but the servers are absolutely horrible. Most of the time the website just crashes and loses all of your annotations. I paid for the better version and it still does not work most of the time.

Really annoying how much time I've wasted trying to use something that sounds like it would be really useful. Guess I'll just save to PDF like I used to.

• (2022-08-25) Magdalena Pšeničková: The Kdan mobile website is very, *very* slow for some reason, and it is frustrating to no end. Moreover, 8 highlights per website is not enough. The extension is a good idea though

• (2021-12-05) Smol Son: I would like it if it worked properly. When attempting to highlight sentences from an article, it often has a 30sec or longer delay if it decides to work at all. One time I highlighted a sentence and some of the other sentences disappeared, so I had to reload the page, meaning everything I painstakingly highlighted was gone too.
• (2021-04-24) dave ciaccio: Used to work. Then they updated and it started covering fully half the website in a permanent immoveable overlay. Now after another update it just pops a window that says "Log In" even after logging in repeatedly and refreshing the page. Basically this is a completely unusable email collecting device. Shame cause six months ago it was really useful.
