It was working extremly well yesterday but not today. It connects but it slows down the internet connection on my computer to that site when I turn it on. When I try to access a website that would work in the U.S., it slows it down a considerable amount.

There's no venezuela in the list. It limits the usage time more in the free version. I think it's a huge mistake that every time you open a new window, or even every time you change websites in the same window, the VPN deactivates and you have to reactivate it. It's completely pointless if you're trying to hide your location. At least for me, it's not just useless, it's actually been detrimental. I don't recommend it at all.
