• (2020-08-10) Anamika Singh: I have using the Talent booster for an year now. Its the only tool I have found which can really save time of a recruiter. As a recruiter I can assign a candidate directly from Naurki and LinkedIn to the iClickats directly. It avoid the duplicate then and their without having to waste any second of the recruiter. It is a must have tool for every recruiter out there.

It has been helped me to automate my several time consuming works like, creating candidate profiles, adding notes after call/chat, creating task with reminder to take on time action etc. Having this app is a privilege for each and every recruiter/Talent partner/headhunters. This extension helps us to eliminate the duplication of the profile as well as its AI select the top 5 skills from the candidates project/profile which also help the recruiter to understand the candidate profile. Just 1 click and candidate profile is created, Just amazing. :)

It can be added as an extention onto my chrome. Just one click and all the data of a LinkedIn profile or Naukri can be saved and utilised whenever. A real time saver. It also help me save the details of messages exchanged among various candidates to keep a tab on who was contacted and when.

It is helpful, saves from a lot of confusion. But the only thing it needs to be updated with is sometimes there are duplications and rest is all fine. One of the best applications for sourcers and recruiters.

There is no need to manually search for every single required data. It is time saving and very efficient. Improvements : Profiles that already existing in an ATS will be shown as new profiles. Such duplicates should be avoided.
