- (2019-03-24) Justice. Smith1180-gm: If not obvious, this extension is for gmail integration and works wonderfully across multiple google accounts. If I only used gmail, my money would be well spent on this ($100/yr or $10/mo -per user). I however have over 20 different email accounts and use several platforms with my desktop Outlook 2016 being the main worker. I found all the other integration platforms outside of gmail...difficult. I could not utilize my Appsforops gmail login to access my appsforops account via Outlook 2016 desktop, Outlook.com, or the Windows 10 desktop app. I ran out of trial time and still never got the windows 10 app to work. I have registered using an Microsoft Live account and Appsforops works on outlook.com but not my Outlook 2016 desktop. I ran out of time being able to further test. I then tried to register with my Microsoft Office 365 Business and got nowhere except "trial expired" (which is more likely a cookie issue or ??? idk). I love the idea of the app and how it worked when it did work but it was difficult for me to use efficiently across platforms (as in it didn't work for me). I'll be emailing to request more time to play with it as I am far from being technically savvy and this could just be my own fault. Beyond these issues which may be user error, the only negative I found is that I have never been able to successfully see a web platform. My logins were either rejected with error or taken straight to a "buy now" page. I wish I could have seen an actual web interface of the program. The chrome extension and outlook app are only sidebars making "actionable" tasks a breeze but lacks at providing the "whole" picture. Yes, I would recommend this (especially for scattered brained people like myself).
