Description from extension meta

A beautiful feature-rich GraphQL client for all platforms

Image from store Altair GraphQL Client
Description from store Ever needed to query a graphQL server when you don't have access to the server code? Want to just quickly test a graphQL query? Altair makes this quite easy. You can provide your query and even specify headers to be sent with the request. Altair comes with a number of useful features including pretty printing your query, linting your query, showing schema docs, providing autocomplete functionality, the ability to set headers for your request, etc. Data is stored so you can continue from where you stopped. The schema docs are also available offline once they have been retrieved.

  • (2019-12-23) Ivan Zhou: The version 2.4.0 does not work well in Chorme 79, it always returns data as below. { "isTrusted": true } Also it can't load Doc's details on right column.
  • (2019-10-30) Vlad Smirnov: Dear Samuel, Please do not update frequently. It break extension. No buttons seems to be working. User interface break on 12.5 inch display. I don't know what problem it is, simply I have no time to investigate. But I'm ready to donate, I love it, just make it stable working. That's all
  • (2019-09-26) Gerben Rampaart: I read "Ezio my friend, how may I be of service?" and instantly gave it five stars.
  • (2019-08-26) guangpu zhang: me too, i also cant change post to others request, help me
  • (2019-08-21) mansen: It was useful!! But since the last update,I cant change post to others...
  • (2019-08-02) Svjetlana Eric Ninic: Great job. I really love it! it would be good to support AppSync subscription as well since current Altair supports only subscription over WebSocket
  • (2019-02-20) Semyon Ivanov: Great! But I wish I could select a monospace font for the editor.
  • (2018-11-20) Since the last update, the app does not update the response window with the new content, once the response is received. Or it updates the window only after few seconds or when the Chrome window is switched on background and then put back on foreground.
  • (2018-11-01) Nhật Tân Dương: It doesn't work!
  • (2018-05-21) Oguz Furkan Kaytanci: Great work. Thanks a lot!
  • (2018-05-06) Michael Graham: Thanks for putting in the time on this! I was looking for an alternative to GraphQL Playground and GraphiQL that allowed me to actually re-use history entries. Keep up the great work!
  • (2018-03-13) Luke Platz: Perfect. does exactly what i need. Dark mode could use a few minor ui tweaks to make it easier to read, but thats so minor. thanks so much!!
  • (2018-03-09) Han Li: Great tool! Like the ability to add custom header. Thanks a lot for sharing!
  • (2018-02-07) Daniel García Páez: Very useful, especially if you need to attach headers to the requests (JWT headers for example). Just love it, best alternative to GraphiQL I've found so far. Only thing could be improved is to avoid the addition of headers or variables using modals.
  • (2018-02-02) Yaicel Torres Garces: Should optimize the space of work
  • (2018-01-17) Marcel Rieger: Love it! The only problem was that it is sooo slow and buggy. If you could fix this, then no doubt everyone would use it.
  • (2018-01-02) Tim Larsen: Very helpful - i love the ability to have multiple tabs/windows and rename them (by double-clicking). This is by far the best tool for working with GraphQL that i've encountered. Feature requests: - ability to save queries as snippets and have a library of past snippets - ability to group tabs / snippets by project / url - ability to export / import snippets so i can share snippets with other devs (i.e. serialize headers + query + variables in to a single string that can be copied from browser to browser easily)
  • (2017-05-02) Jan Bancarewicz: missing one important thing: how to add variables ?
  • (2017-04-06) Anthony Anyanwu: I love it!!!
