Just does what it needs to do - adds button to toolbar to chrome:apps for quick access. Usefull if using other new tab page instead of chrome default. No permissions, safe and simple.

Does exactly what it says. Kind of convenient, but I can't figure out how to add apps to it. It has some of my extensions, but not all of them.
