The Voxtell Extension app integrates with back-office applications using APIs (Salesforce, Zendesk, etc.)
Once a user has logged into the app their browsing experience is transformed. The Voxtell Integration app will search every website and place the Voxtell Call-Action logo next to every phone number that when clicked, will initiate a phone call (click-to-dial) of the number next to it.
The Voxtell Integration App will also search the CRM's database in seconds and present the logged-in user the findings in a new window.
