Hi, I've had your extension installed in Chrome for months. Every time I try to use it in ZD, it doesn't work. When I click on it (beneath the public reply field), it states, "Stay tuned while we prepare to start delivering your AI recommendations! The process normally takes under 2 - 5 business days. However, it's never started working for me. Please advise on how I can correct this issue. Thanks.
