Description from store BugDigger is agile testing tool that helps you create consistent and useful bug reports at the click of a button. The browser extension captures contextual information such as: - screen shot of the webpage (with option to annotate) - the current URL - recently visited pages on the web site - browser details and operating system version Captured data is uploaded to My BugDigger service and can be sent directly to an external issue tracker, including Basecamp, FogBugz, Atlassian JIRA, Pivotal Tracker, Redmine and others. BugDigger saves time to QA teams and enables less technical users to provide the information a developer needs. IMPORTANT: If on extension install Chrome reports error "Download was not a CRX", it probably means that extension did not download properly. Make sure you’re signed in to Google Chrome Web Store and try again.

  • (2014-07-28) Jamie Archer: Still a great plugin used on multiple client sites but the company needs to be more responsive to feature requests on UserVoice there are some requests that have been there for 2 years. Its annoying to need to sign in in a three step process and when you have more than one issue/project management system you want coordinated reporting to both not separate reporting on two different logins with two separate subscriptions. It still gets 4 stars because it is extremely useful but as my school report card once said... could do better to get that extra star
  • (2014-01-03) Nate Ritter: It used to work perfectly. Lately, after clicking the Chrome icon, Chrome disappears, and after finding it again, there's a bubble that hovers over the page pointing at the icon which never goes away. This plugin desperately needs an update. Otherwise, we love the service and have paid for it for over a year.
  • (2013-11-18) Kuang-Che Liu: Google chrome will disappear after clicking the bugdigger button.
  • (2013-05-28) Jamie Archer: Very useful tool for reporting bugs and the JS widget and bookmarklet allow for easy reporting by anonymous users
