Any tweet button

今見ているページのTweet文を良い感じに生成し、Tweet画面を表示します。

ページにTweet buttonがあるかを探し、存在する場合はそれを押したのと同じ動作をし、
ない場合はmetaタグ情報などを参照しシンプルなtweet文を生成します。
