You guys can also appeal them to make WhatsApp more easier to us. Meanwhile I had conversation with "Fatty Noparents" then owner / creator of "Backup WhatsApp Chats" chrome extension. What he has given us is really worth to use, but because of limitation of WhatsApp his team can't do more then this that we are expecting. WhatsApp has put everybody in a cage, i have 27GB WhatsApp data in my mobile and i want to export them to PDF or any other format, and this extension is a hope. This team is doing very well with a small amount for the lifetime. Il y a juste un bug : en export HTML, les messages vocaux sont exportés en OGG cependant, ils ne chargent pas quand on clique sur play. Je pense que cela vient du fait que le script les exporte en .OGG alors que whatsapp doit les traiter en .OPUS. C'est la seule application/extension qui m'a permis de facilement exporter et sauvegarder des conversations avec médias pour nettoyer mon téléphone.

But the developer is quick to fix any bugs once you get in touch with him. The last API change that prevented images from being downloaded was fixed in less than 24 hours!

However, the 'Try grabbing media', 'Try grabbing unresolved media (takes more time)', and 'Dark theme' box button is not active. It doesn't matter to me as I only wanted the texts. This method is slow (if you include images), but at least it works very well, is cheap ($5) and doesn't have that "I am a virus" feel that other methods have. The three exported file formats are very useful and can easily be converted into other formats. Thank you!
