Dark YouTube Theme - Black YouTube & FB Skin

Suddenly my Google searches started breaking, and I was seeing upwards of 20 Ad results on searches that normally don't show any ads. Disabling this extension fixed my google results. Uninstalled.

Well... after applying the extension everything looks exactly the same as before... (dunno about Facebook as I don't use it, but Chrome and YouTube surely look the same as without this extension...) Windows, Chrome 80.0.3987.132.

Very bare bones, nothing helpful. Pretty bad for Amazon especially.

It,s a bit clumsy. If you want to seamlessly cruise the net, you find that many pictures and videos are blank, along with text in text boxes. The only fix, and yes there is one, is to turn it off and back on again. (Welcome to the 90's). Strangely, it's the same on all ext's of this type. In 2020, I expect more. There's no way this slipped by the dev's. It's either beyond the time they want to spend fixing it or they just decided, "Well, that will do." But, folks, it's all we have until one of the dev's of these ext's decide to dig in and take care of it. (Before anyone asks, multiple machines, different OS settings,same issue.)

Works for YT, general Chrome pages and all, but does not work on my Google chat for work. The screen is dark, however I am unable to see what I am typing in the word box until I hit send.

I love being able to use the darker modes for Facebook, YouTube, and others. The white pages hurt my eyes after a while.

the theme banner for the channel was just white and same with the recommended channels

There's really only one other dark mode extension option, but that one and this one both have the same problem. They both make the live chat look all jacked up. In this case, I can't see the names of the people commenting.

It does the job but waits for entire website to load (while its all BRIGHT WHITE) before Switching to black theme.

Well, it works. But i would like the devs to pay attention to a few serious issues. The first one isn't that bad but it tis still something thats far from perfect. The left main menu sidebar has it's background color as dark gray but the icon text's fonts are set to black, and this combination is a bit uneasy to the eyes since the font chosen is a bit skinny. The second is a critical: Subscription channel posts (not videos, POSTS) still have a white background, and the combination of the very light gray fonts over them makes for a near impossible combination to read. You have to turn the thing off to read them. Bummer, this thing is necessary for a more comfortable youtube rambling but it looks a bit outdated already. It needs a facelift asap

i thought it would look great but it takes more time to load and also don't look that freat as we've expected. i don't like it. i'll only apply if there would be better update in future.

This application is very nice, and probably the best option out there, but it's still not perfect. There's a few things that bothers me with this extension: • When you're in your G-Mail it makes some of the settings tabs and option transparent and buttons invisible. • When you search for something on google the extension takes 1-2 seconds to load. • When you search for something, for example "YouTube". It shows all the links, and information about YouTube on the left side, but the YouTube logo gets an white outline. This shouldn't happen as the image is PNG, and doesn't actually have a white outline. • When you go to "Administare Google account", the outline of your profile picture gets an white pixilated outline because there's something wrong with the black compression. • When you are on Twitter, the dark mode applies for the app as well. It ruins the already set darkmode and colour theme from your settings. There's loads more to go through, but these are some of the most annoying ones in my opinion. An easy fix to a lot of them could be to have an option to turn it off for some website.

it is good to have black background on these websites but the app need to be updated. There are some bugs that i found: - the app is loading slow. When i want to check my FB or YouTube I see the white background first and after a few seconds the black background is ready. - when i`m scrolling my FB and give some ''Like" (to something) I have noticed that the "like icons" + "number of likes" + "profile names" are one above the other. - when i want to send message to someone and choose somebody from my friends list, and open the chat, the chat looks terrible (the rows are in white color, between the rows is black color. Total mess.) - when i want to see some video from my FB on full screen, again total mess.

it's good, but facebook chat is still white. "Latest YouTube posts" section of Youtube, too. other than that, it works great!

Works great. Facebook is perfect. Youtube however, the dark background doesn't extend all the way to both sides on a 1440p monitor. There's about 1/4 of the screen on either side that is still white. A fix would be much appreciated.

In the main page of any channel, there are 2 big terrible white bars.
