MMORPG is an abbreviation of English Massive (or Massively) Multiplayer Online Role-PlayingGame. So far, there is no official Chinese translation of MMORPG, and the more common translation method in China is "massive multiplayer online role-playing game", which is a kind of online game. In all role-playing games, the player plays a fictional role and controls many of the character's activities. MMORPG differs from stand-alone games (such as the Three Kingdoms series) and other small, multiplayer role-playing games (such as CS) in that the MMORPG has a continuous virtual world; after the player leaves the game, the virtual world is online.
