Redminer allows you to open new issues in Redmine from your browser.
It allows you to open issues while surfing a website you own, so if you find a bug in your site, you can create the new bug and assign it to anybody in the project.
The ticket will be automatically created with current url so that developer will receive the url where you found the bug and it will be easier for her to fix it.
