- (2020-09-12) Glenn Hilton: What is the point of this extension if you have to add all the info manually anyways. You have fields to type in the persons name and email address and phone number and a field to drag their resume in. Couldn't you have automated all of that?
- (2019-04-23) Taylor Diers: I am grateful that this extension is now available, but I have various recommendations for improvements. Like another person that rated it, I'd like to add categories associated with jobs. More importantly, I'd like to be able to add the source where the candidate comes from. Otherwise, it takes multiple clicks to add that in the profile, which I find to be a serious time waster. Another suggestion would be to have something similar to the Big Biller extension. I find their extension to be more user friendly. It allows me to highlight data to import. It also checks for duplicates in the system. Another feature that would be nice is to be able to screen capture to create a PDF if a resume is not available. Sometimes I add candidates from profiles that don't have resumes, depending on the source. Right now I use a screen capture extension called Fireshot to highlight the part I want and create a PDF. Additionally, a more advanced feature that would be nice, and yes, I understand it's more complicated, but I would love to be able to update the status of the candidate in the selected job, linking to the appropriate workflow helpers. What a time saver that would be!! In any case, thanks for making my job a touch easier to get sourced candidates into JazzHR. Keep the improvements coming.
