- (2025-06-11) Butchixxivvi Upstate, SC: The online instructions were beyond my "computer knowledge", so I called the help line number the following morning. Glory to me, I immediately was able to speak to Andrew, he walked me through the download process by taking control of my computer. It only took about 6-8 minutes, and everything went through!! Andrew also done a quick scan of my desktop and advised that I had a couple of programs that were not needed. I am quite satisfied.

- (2024-03-20) Diana “Di”: I love Ad Remover, but I was asked to upgrade to the Web Ad Blocker and it said enjoy your free trial which implies there is an additional fee for the Web Ad Blocker. I couldn't find how much this would add to my existing Ad Remover. Your Ad Remover site is rather confusing as now I'm not sure what I have and how much I will be paying after the free trial. Thanks for any information and guidance you can give me.
