Revel Order History Report Subtotal

Calculates the subtotal on the Revel Systems Order History report screen. Currently the reports module does not display a subtotal for the current list of orders. This extension adds that functionality and it also sums the totals based on the filter as well. It's very useful because it gives business owners an idea of how much money has yet to be collected for open orders.
