1.45 - Hide the quote-hover-menu using CSS instead of JS, now that Quora exposes it.

I had to disable it, because while it did take away the annoying "embed" popup thing, it also took away everything else, including all Quora functionality. I can't click on anything, especially not the "notifications", and see what's there. I can't open those in a new tab, even. Had to disable the extension to be able to do anything on Quora.
