The extension blocks ping requests sent in the background when you click on links. Beacon requests and CSP reports are also blocked.
Verify if ping requests are currently sent by your browser with Ping Spotter.

- I watched the network traffic with this extension active and confirmed that it blocks link auditing/tracking. However, I also found that ublock origin also does this, so if you have that, you don't need this.

- Seems to work. Only dedicated app on the chromestore for hyperlink audits. So I'm really hoping it works. lol
