- No free-period fax. Clickbait bait-and-switch, only apparent AFTER they gather your information. Garbage app, avoid. Didn't they think people would comment on this?

- It says you can send 10 free pages, but you have to select a pay plan that charges you to do so. Misleading and not worth a download.

- The software is not complicated however it just doesn't work well at all. 1) They have included a YouTube video which is fairly straightforward but in practice their interface doesn't work as easy as they make it seem. 2) Recipient's fax number MUST NOT contain any spaces or brackets yet CocoFax's interface INSISTS on defaulting your recipient's fax number to spaces and brackets no matter how careful you are so it's the last thing you touch before you send or else your fax will fail. 3) Even if you are careful to ensure that your "send" settings are correct, your faxes will not SEND with ease, e.g. I attempted to send documents 3 times unsuccessfully but the system status says "SCHEDULING" which is strange because with my trial offer, I had no problem whatsoever. I wouldn't recommend - sorry.
