Ever scroll past a tweet and see an animated profile picture and want one for yourself? And when you go to upload a GIF - it uploads fine, but shows a static image of the first frame of the GIF.
MotionPicture for Twitter aims to fix that.
It’s an extension that lets you insert custom images in place of your profile picture, including GIFs!
Install MotionPicture here:

Upload an animated GIF, and refresh.
FAQ:
Who can see my MotionPicture GIF profile image?
Anyone with the extension. Anyone without the extension will see the image you had (still have) before.
Why do I need to give permission to access my twitter account?
This is a necessary step to verify that you are the uploader of your profile picture.
There are bugs!

- (2021-01-03) Rey: It didn't work at all for me on an Acer Chromebook. The site given in the description was a dud. I didn't give it 0 stars because I'm a softie and feel bad for the developers. It was a great idea though! Hope to see it working in the future.
