Easy Picture-in-Picture enables floating video mode for web videos.
Features:
* Click the picture in picture button in video player OR click plugin’s toolbar button
* Always on top, resizable floating window
* Works on all desktop platforms
Limitations:
- Don’t close or navigate from the tab with the video player. The playback will be terminated in this case.

OMG THANK YOU! The only PiP extension useable on ChromeOS tablets as far as I know. Others only allow switch to PiP mode via hotkeys or toolbar icon. With only a virtual keyboard and toolbar totally disabled with YouTube running in webapp mode there is no way to activate all the other ones. The in-video-window icon is a lifesaver, and also just generally makes a lot more sense.
Cool! In chrome os I am not able to place anywhere I want but in windows I am able to place anywhere on screen. Chrome only allows on extreme top or bottom

Thanks to the developer for this great extension. It works very good even on a 2020 chromebook with only 4GB of Ram and multiple tabs open. You can switch to every website and it keeps playing the video in very good quality.
Wish it had seek buttons but otherwise great extension
