It was working fine until November 2023. Now it doesn't do anything when clicked. VTiger support suggested using the GMail addon instead of the Chrome browser extension, which only works if your VTiger account name is the same as your Google account name.
It doesn't do anything. i have uninstalled and reinstalled multiple times hoping it might help but no luck. Tried on Chrome and Brave but nothing. Oh well guess back to hubspot for me to manage my leads.

This is absolutely useless. It does absolutely nothing except archive emails. It doesn't work in chrome or brave. I don't know how this has 5 start review except maybe the face that those are 3 - 7 years old

The add on either disappears everytime I refresh Gmail, or it is unclickable once appears. Hope these bugs will be fixed, for it seems to be a very promising add-on

It is wonderful. Hats off to Vtiger team. Wish same for fire fox and safari as well
