This extension fixes an issue we found when writing emails within a case inside salesforce.
This issue relates to the fact that there is no obvious way of automatically adding case numbers into the subject line. What you get instead is a very long and ugly “ref” number that follows the format [ref: :ref].
We believe this is not a very good experience for our clients and we decided to do something about it.
