El editor de dibujos y gráficos de Inkscape es una extensión web para crear o editar gráficos vectoriales como ilustraciones, diagramas, artes lineales, gráficos, logotipos y pinturas complejas. Es una integración con la aplicación de escritorio Linux Inkscape, que es un editor de gráficos vectoriales de código abierto similar a Adobe Illustrator, Corel Draw, Freehand o Xara X. Lo que distingue a Inkscape es el uso de Scalable Vector Graphics (SVG), un estándar W3C abierto basado en XML, como formato nativo. Es un editor de gráficos vectoriales integrado con nuestro administrador de archivos para administrar solo tipos de archivos gráficos con esta aplicación de escritorio.
Las características de Inkscape son:
Creación de objetos
- Dibujo: herramienta de lápiz (dibujo a mano alzada con trazados simples), herramienta de lápiz (creación de curvas de Bézier y líneas rectas), herramienta de caligrafía (dibujo a mano alzada con trazados rellenos que representan trazos caligráficos)
- Herramientas de forma: rectángulos (pueden tener esquinas redondeadas), elipses (incluye círculos, arcos, segmentos), estrellas / polígonos (pueden ser redondeados y / o aleatorizados), espirales
- Herramienta de texto (texto de varias líneas, edición completa en lienzo)
Manipulación de objetos
- Transformaciones (mover, escalar, rotar, sesgar), tanto de forma interactiva como especificando valores numéricos exactos
- Agrupar objetos ("seleccionar en grupo" sin desagrupar, o "ingresar al grupo" convirtiéndolo en una capa temporal)
- Capas (bloquear y / u ocultar capas individuales, reorganizarlas, etc; las capas pueden formar un árbol jerárquico)
Alineación y distribución
- Rellenar y trazar
- Selector de color (RGB, HSL, CMYK, rueda de color, CMS)

Esta extensión utiliza la plataforma http://www.offidocs.com desde la que se sirve este software. Es una integración con la aplicación de escritorio Inkscape Linux. En concreto, es una aplicación de escritorio que se ejecuta a través de nuestra API OffiDocs. Está disponible para usuarios en línea gratuitos, pero también permite la integración con usuarios premium e implementaciones OffiDocs locales donde está instalado OffiDocs Inkscape.
IMPORTANTE: Esta extensión escanea las URL navegadas para detectar archivos de imágenes y gráficos vectoriales. Los archivos de imágenes y gráficos vectoriales detectados aparecen en una lista de archivos ubicada en la ventana emergente de extensión que se recuperan de nuestros servidores. El escaneo se realiza desde nuestros servidores para que su URL se informe a nuestro sistema. No se recopilan datos personales. Este análisis se puede desactivar con una casilla de verificación que aparece en la ventana emergente de la extensión. Si desactiva este escaneo, esta funcionalidad no estará disponible, por lo que la funcionalidad de la extensión será muy limitada.

Do yourself a favor: if like me you hoped to edit SVG files, download said SVG file, insert in in PPT, convert it to shapes and VOILA, you can do what this extension only hoped. Have fun!

- (2022-10-11) shady guy: completely useless unless you wanna draw stick figures like you were in Microsoft paint. cant import files, cant edit most images you do somehow get into it, there are ads, nearly impossible to open in the first place, and finally, its runs slower than my 90 yr old great grandma. POS usless download.

I have no problem paying for a useful app, but the lack of any honesty about the free version being useless makes it a bit of a con in my mind. Pity because it looks good.

- (2020-12-08) You Orrume: Exactly what I needed and had every single feature! It had markers, bezier curves, and such, as well as gradients and snapping. If you need a vector art editor or maker, use this. It's the best choice among extensions. But I did say 'best'. It's got a lot to improve on, even if I'm still going to keep using it. However, it would be even better if the UI would be more modern and more minimalistic, though, because right now it looks totally ugly and unupdated, which reduces to the overall experience. It's also hard to find exactly what you need with the lag and the messy interface. I would also like it if the workspace was bigger. About 25% of my screen had ads and unused space, which is very annoying when making big artworks and makes the UI small, causing it to be so hard to find everything. There's a slight lag in the website, which is a bit more understandable as it is an SVG editor and doesn't use pixels. But when you start trying to snap, it gets a little too annoying. It iterally glitches when moving the object, and sometimes I want to snap a circle to the centre of another circle, and it snaps to the side. Same thing when changing the paths, wherein the small dots you move snap to the middle instead of where you want it to go. This thing needs to be able to run far smoother.

- (2019-11-13) Gerrit Tuinstra: Tried to use Inkscape (normally a great app!) on my chromebook but this browser based version offered by offidocs.com is terrible, not even half of my available screen is used for Inkscape, the remaining part is used for way to big and irrelevant office buttons/bars.
