  • (2022-05-17) Reimi Saionji: Project seems to be abandoned. Website is gone. Functionality of the extension disappeared. Now it seems the Dropbox connection error is back again, which renders the extension unusable.
  • (2019-11-25) Nige May: Works well but only in a second chrome profile as it was removed from a list of allowed extensions directly for rating. There have been connectivity problems which now seem to be fixed, lets hope it stays that way.

  • (2018-04-04) Jeremy: This extension is PERFECT for what it has been designed to do. For 2 years it has helped me keep perfect time-logs to-the-second. It gives me real-time productivity that allows me to reach my goals. However, the overlords have deemed this tool as "threatening" since it logs time worked so perfectly. This is essentially a workers time-clock. Now the employer is removing all clocks off the wall and banning personal clocks. However, still expecting you to clock-in or out at exactly the right time. It was PERFECT while it lasted. Thank you.

  • (2017-10-09) Mario Georgio: The app itself is fine, great even. However the 'customer service' here is shockingly bad. There is an ongoing issue with the app + dropbox at the moment, I have sent 6 emails and only ever received a reply to the first one and I am 100% certain the developer has been in contact with other people and read my emails. If I wasn't paying for this, I wouldn't care. If you don't have a fix for the issue at the moment then a simple email stating so would alleviate mine and others concerns. I have cancelled my subscription now as I am essentially paying for something I can't use.

  • (2017-04-04) Renae B: I have attempted to run this extension several times and it has not been able to connect to Dropbox, it just gets stuck in a "connecting to dropbox" screen. I tried opening a new dropbox account, reinstalling dropbox, and emailed tech support with no response. This does not work, don't bother installing it. You can't do anything with it as it won't connect to dropbox.

  • (2017-03-13) Envoy Abroad: I've had this service for a few years and unfortunately the level of support has been deteriorating over time. I've been trying to cancel my subscription but my emails go unanswered. Technical support emails also go unanswered. The application (for some reason) does not connect to Dropbox and prohibits you from entering your account to cancel your membership. Now, I'm forced to call my credit card company and have a replacement card sent (new number), just to stop RaterAide Auto-pay. Come-On, Guys, couldn't you at least supplied your paying members a different or direct method of communication?
  • (2017-01-01) Mike Two: If you aren't dropping out in a few months.. and you do more than 300 tasks per month.. why are you not using this? any reviews less than 5 stars reek of user error, and probably from raters that have already been QA'd out the door. For everyone else, you can't rate without this. it costs 22 minutes a month to cover this subscription.. and it saves you hours, and countless clicks.. and helps lessen the grind.

Make sure you also install the PQ rating extension, this will help you to know more about a website in less than a blink of an eye. Highly recommended for new and experimented raters. The app needs a forum or community ASAP, more ideas can be implemented on it.
  • (2016-07-19) Aayla The Octoling: Amazing. ^.^ Given the few days I've been using this extension thus far, I already now honestly don't know how I managed to do rating work without it. The on-screen timer really helps to convey and promote a sense of urgency, yet while allowing practical pacing to remain, and the highly accurate means of tracking for stats for each task, rates and everything really helps for invoice-creation and ascertaining that my entries are correct and accurate. And I haven't even subscribed for the pro upgrade just yet. Expecting to definitely get my money's worth. ^.^
